Good Week

Week one post challenge was really good. I worked out 5 days and stuck to my diet and lost 2lbs!!!! I tried to make up my own weight routine, which kicked my butt. Every set, I did less weight and less reps. It's still a work in progress. I am excited for everyone that is doing this challenge, its good to have the support and teamwork.

  1. Wahooooo!! Good Job! It's kind of fun to put together a workout...but I just hope I'm covering all the areas. Keep up the great work!!

    We need to keep this going. Its been a little hard for me the last few days, been sick. Hope to get back to the plan tonight.

  3. I love my trainers but I do have to admit that it is not the same as the challenge. now I am trying to compete with myself. This is a good thing tho. I know I can't make up excuse's to myself so.... I just keep going and I have lost another 6 lbs. so I feel great...
